If you have an online account, you can always check your order status on the Order History page. This is the quickest and most convenient way to get the latest updates on your orders. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $39.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is despatched. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will arrive.

If you think your order is delayed and you haven’t received a card from the delivery company, you can track it using the link in your dispatch email with your tracking ID. Additionally, please note the time you placed your order; any orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next day. If you have received a card from the delivery company, it will include instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.

While we strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, issues can sometimes occur during transit. We apologize if you received a damaged item.
