We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $39.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is despatched. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will arrive.
Please contact us with your order number and tracking details to hand. Be sure to check with your neighbours and/or post office for more information before reporting any issues to us.

If you think your order is delayed and you haven’t received a card from the delivery company, you can track it using the link in your dispatch email with your tracking ID. Additionally, please note the time you placed your order; any orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next day. If you have received a card from the delivery company, it will include instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.
While we strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, issues can sometimes occur during transit. We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please contact our customer service team promptly so we can address the issue. We evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and may request additional information, such as photos, to determine the best resolution.
